About Medhvi
Building infrastructure
for Indian healthcare.
Two products, one mission: reduce the gap between what the doctor said and what the patient lives.
§ 01 — What Medhvi Is
Two products.
One gap being closed.
Medhvi builds two things: Clinic OS, an operating system for independent clinics in India, and Arogya, an AI health companion for patients.
The connection between them is intentional. When a doctor uses Clinic OS, the care plan they create flows directly into their patient's Arogya. The two products are designed to close the gap that opens the moment a patient walks out of the clinic.
Medhvi is not a general health platform. It is not built for hospitals or for the global market. It is built specifically for independent healthcare in India — the doctors who see the majority of India's patients, working in conditions that general-purpose software was never designed to handle.
§ 02 — The Problem
A gap that
costs health.
A patient sees a doctor. They receive a prescription, a diet, a lifestyle instruction, a follow-up date. They leave with a handwritten piece of paper and a set of verbal instructions they may not have fully heard.
Three days later, the medication schedule is unclear. A week later, the follow-up is forgotten. The diet advice has been approximated. This is not a failure of the patient or the doctor. The system gives the patient nothing reliable to hold onto once the appointment ends.
On the clinic side: an independent doctor seeing 60 patients a day manages appointments in a notebook, records in physical files, billing by hand. There is no connected history. There is no system that makes the next visit aware of the last.
Both problems compound each other. Both are solvable.
§ 03 — Foundation
Built on SRIIO infrastructure.
Medhvi is a brand under SRIIO — a deep-technology company building infrastructure across artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and extended reality.
SRIIO's properties — scalable, reliable, intelligent — are preconditions, not aspirations. Healthcare infrastructure cannot degrade under load, give wrong information, or lose data. These constraints shaped every decision in how Medhvi is built.
sriio.com →- Security Designed secure before designed functional. A system that is not secure by architecture is not valid — regardless of how well it performs.
- Privacy Patient data is never sold, never shared with insurers, never used for advertising. Enforced at the architecture level — not in a policy document that can change.
- Scalability Built to serve more clinics and more patients without degrading. The system improves with growth — it does not buckle under it.
§ 04 — The Standard
Does this close the gap between
what the doctor said
and what the patient lives?
Every decision at Medhvi is measured against this question. If the answer is no, it does not ship.
