§ 01 — The Problem
No one built the right tool.
Most independent clinics in India run on a combination of paper registers, WhatsApp, and trust. Appointments are tracked in notebooks. Patient records live in physical files — if they were recorded at all. Billing is done manually. Prescriptions are handwritten and rarely stored in any retrievable form.
This is not a technology problem. Doctors are not resistant to better tools. The tools built so far were designed for large hospitals, or they were built cheaply and show it. Neither works for an independent clinic that sees 40 patients a day and is run by one doctor and one staff member.
Clinic OS is built for that clinic.

§ 03 — Who It's For
Built for independent clinics.
Clinic OS is built for independent doctors and small multi-doctor practices in India — clinics that see between 20 and 200 patients a day, are run by 1 to 5 doctors, and have real administrative work to manage without a dedicated IT team to manage software.
It is not built for large hospitals or chains. Those have enterprise software. This is for everyone else — the independent clinic that forms the backbone of primary healthcare in India.
