Medhvi / Arogya
Your doctor told you
what to do. Arogya
helps you live it.
An AI health companion grounded entirely in your doctor's instructions. Not general health advice. Your care plan, specifically.
§ 01 — Doctor-Grounded AI
Every response comes from your doctor.
Most health apps give you advice from a database. Some use AI to generate answers from medical literature. Arogya does neither. It knows only what your doctor told you — and it helps you follow that, precisely.
When your doctor prescribes a medication, a diet, or a lifestyle change, that instruction enters Arogya. From that point, everything Arogya tells you is grounded in that specific instruction, for you specifically. Not what works for most people. What your doctor decided for you.
This is what Doctor-Grounded AI means. The intelligence is in the follow-through — not in generating new medical opinions.
§ 02 — What Arogya Does
Your health, guided by your doctor.
01
Medication Reminders
At the right time, with the right context. Not just an alarm — a reminder that knows what you are taking, why you are taking it, and what your doctor said about it.
02
Care Plan Guidance
Diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits as your doctor prescribed — not as the internet suggests. If your doctor said avoid oil, Arogya helps you avoid oil. It does not offer alternatives or opinions.
03
Appointment Preparation
What to tell your doctor at the next visit. What changed, what did not, what you could not follow and why. A clear summary of your health between visits, ready when you need it.
04
Health History
A complete record of your care in one place. Every visit, every prescription, every test result — accessible to you, and shareable with any doctor you choose.
§ 03 — The Boundary
What Arogya will never do.
Trust is not built by what a product claims. It is built by what a product refuses to do.
- Never diagnoses. Arogya is not a doctor. It does not tell you what is wrong, what your symptoms mean, or what condition you might have.
- Never prescribes. It does not recommend medication you were not already given. It does not suggest alternatives, adjustments, or additions to your prescription.
- Never overrides your doctor. If your doctor said something, that is what Arogya follows. If you have a question about your care plan, Arogya tells you to ask your doctor — not to trust its opinion instead.
§ 04 — Status
In development.
Arogya is being built alongside Clinic OS. When a clinic uses Clinic OS, the doctor's care plan flows directly into the patient's Arogya — the two products are designed to work together from the start, and independently when needed. If you want to be notified when Arogya is ready, write to us.
